Report from Letterkenny Self Help Group Meeting

Report:

This month's meeting was very beneficial to all who attended. We started off by everyone around the table, if they wanted to, saying a few words on how the last couple of weeks had been for them. When interesting topics came up we would stop and discuss, then move on to the next person.

We then talked about different topics most of which were tallied around the DVD which we had watched the previous month such as;
- How people coped at school.
- Did they find it hard/easier as they started secondary school?
- Someone from the group stated they were making a speech at a wedding soon. People who had been in that similar situation in the past told of there experience, which gave this person the belief and confidence.

We decided that we would all watch the DVD over the next couple of weeks and we would discuss it then the following month.
