Ireland’s 6th National Stammering Awareness Day takes place in the Ashling Hotel, Parkgate Street, Dublin on Saturday October 20th from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

The day will feature speakers talking about their experiences of stammering. We’ll have breakout sessions at points in the day to talk about what you think about stuttering. There will be a short documentary to watch as well as speakers who can give ideas on how to change and manage your stammering and where you can get support.

Special workshops will run for children and young people who stammer; we’ll also have a workshop for parents of children who stammer run by Speech and Language Therapists and ISA’s Parents’ Support Network.

National Stammering Awareness day is free to attend.
