ISA will hold a public speaking workshop via Zoom on Saturday 3rd October 11am - 2pm. This workshop is free to attend for ISA members and €20 for non members.
This three-hour public speaking workshop will include a short lecture on speaking anxiety, structured paired and individual speaking exercises and confidence building exercises suitable for both online and ‘real world’ environments.
You will learn how to be concise, relevant and more confident in off-the-cuff speaking situations in a way that feels easy and fun. You will learn why we get so nervous in public, how to work on reducing your fear and how to think on your feet.
